Haiti Relief Effort Document

One of my attachments here is attachment is 10 page OCHA (UN agency overall humanitarian efforts) PDF report from April 12 (most recent OCHA that I have downloaded).  

At bottom of page 2 is a list of the 12 main clusters (some have sub-clusters).  Each cluster usually has at least 2 main home HQ web sites.  In a handful of cases I have found 3 or more.  In parentheses after each cluster name is the outfit that is in charge of that cluster.

Further down, near bottom of page 4, there is discussion of proportions of population in need vs. population served, in various rural communities ... basically the relief effort is a long way from serving the needs of people outside of Port au Prince, they know it, and have some estimates of at least 1/2 million people in desperate need, who are still outside the relief radar screen.

On page 5 they are talking about distribution of farm implements.  

I recently shared a news story on how farmers had to run for their lives when the quake hit, after which their farm implements buried and lost in quake debris.  So the UN goes out to distribute collections of instruments like pick-axes, hoes and machetes, only to find at distribution points that the demand far outstripped the supply, so they would give one pick-axe to one farm, one hoe to another, etc.  I wonder if the seed distribution had a similar challenge.
